Transferred money from bank, haven't received

I put money 2 times from my bank into Paypal thinking it didn't go through. I only meant to do it once. Then I noticed it said it was taking .50 out as z precaution and upon receiving it I was to confirm. Nothing at all has happened and it ssys

The process you described sounds like they were trying to confirm/verify your bank account. If you confirmed those 2 transactions that only means you have confirmed the bank account. I would go into your account and try the transaction again.

The money going in to your paypal balance may not complete if you have not verified your bank account as per below link.

Then check if the funds add to your balance, allow 5-7 working days for them to do so unless they are voided from your pending bank account transactions.
