If access to your account is restricted, you will not be able to use some of the features of your PayPal account, such as sending money or withdrawing funds. Unrestricting your account is usually very easy. In most cases, all you need to do is provide detailed information about your account or the latest transactions.
To check your PayPal account details and remove the restrictions, follow these steps:
- Open the Problem Solving Center .
- Click Check Account Limits .
- Click Resolve next to each required step and follow the instructions.
- Once the customer has completed all necessary actions to lift the restrictions, we will review the case and send you the latest information by email. Your account will be unrestricted as soon as we confirm that the required steps have been completed.
Depending on the complexity of the case, the review may take longer than usual. Please see the case update email sent by PayPal or check the status of your case at the Problem Resolution Center.
