Transfer stuck between PayPal and my bank

Hi, I received $ 60 in my PayPal account on 16 Dec. this amount has still not been credited to my linked account. Have been sending messages to PayPal but have not got a response. Have been getting payments on my PayPal account for a few months and every time in the past,my payment gets credited to my linked account but this time it stuck. Not getting an answer from my bank or from PayPal. Feeling helpless and frustrated. Can some community members help.

$ 1,700 is stuck between PayPal and my bank for 2 months (it's just the other way around: from PayPal to my bank account) and honestly none of them is helping me. The case is still far from being resolved. Kudos to you.
