Whenever I click the option to transfer money into my PayPal wallet, it loads for a few seconds and then returns to the options for transferring money.
I am inclined to believe that this was an automated message seeing how I was asking about a possible glitch involving the money transfer option. Not how to transfer money, Still no solution after this long.
ok, if you have read the link and have set up a balance paypal account and are still having issues then you could have quite easily said 'thank you for giving up your time' and then said if you have already done as per link and have a balance account and requested more info.
So sorry I bothered to post a link that I thought may help but didn't !!
