Transfer funds/money from bank to PayPal doesn't work.

Hello PayPal Community! Why I can't transfer money from the bank I am using to paypal? I was about to transfer money/funds, but PayPal responded me "There’s nothing to transfer right now. Try again when you have a PayPal balance." Any suggestions will be much appreciated, and thanks!

The option to add funds is unfortunately not available in every country.
If you go to transfer below your balance and there is only the withdraw option then you won't be able to add funds.
