Transfer from another country

Someone from another country tried to send me money but I didn't receive it. His money was withdrawn from his account but I did not receive anything. What is the problem?

If you're not seeing the payment in your Activity on your PayPal account and you haven't received notification from us that a payment was sent to you, that usually means a payment was sent via PayPal to the email registered to your PayPal account. If the sender of the payment states the payment was sent to you and you're not seeing it, please have the sender of the payment reach out to our customer support team for assistance.
