Transfer from a Fidelity brokerage account to pay pal account to buy digital currency

Am I able to set up a transfer from a Fidelity brokerage account to my paypal account in order to buy digital currency?

You can transfer money from PayPal to Fidelity but does not say anything about Fidelity to PayPal:

I don’t recommend trying it anyway, it may cause account limitation, even permanent account limitation of your PayPal account.

Alternatively, just transfer out from Fidelity to a third party bank account that’s also linked to PayPal, then select the bank account as payment method to pay for the crypto at PayPal during checkout.
