Transfer from Bank to Paypal Balance has EXTENDED but still charged me from HSBC..

Transfer from Bank to Paypal Balance has EXTENDED the transfer by 7 days. From the 17th Jan to the 24th Jan. But for some random reason they already charged me £25 from HSBC. What do I do? Just to note I originally did the transfer on January 9th

Ask your bank why its taking them so long to process your bank transfer to paypal?

Paypal can't do anything until it receives the funds.
