Transfer completed but Not there

I made two withdrawals, one on Friday and one on Saturday, now they both appear as completed. But today ( Monday ) I noticed that my card wasn’t confirmed. When will I be able to receive the money, knowing that I confirmed my card today ?

Should be ok for a withdrawal, the card confirmation is normally required to send funds from it to a merchant.

That is if you can withdraw to a card in your country and not a bank account?
