Transactions

I’m not sure what to do. I had some money in my PayPal account and I transferred it out, it says completed but I haven’t gotten anything through my bank. The last time I transferred money it came in instantly, I’m not sure how long I’ll need to wait as it’s already been three days. Does it usually take this long after a few transactions? (also kind of my first time actually using Paypal)
