Hello. I have a problem with sending money. I made a paymen- 6000RUB,but the recipient didn't receive the money. There is information that the translation is not complete. Could you solve the problem?

I understand your concern about the payment which has not reached the recipient. Not to worry! I suggest you to check with the recipient if they have recipient any notification saying the payment is on hold. If yes, please follow the below steps to release the funds immediately.

To help protect the security of your transaction, the confirmation button will be available after 48 hours of your payment date. Here's how to confirm that you have received an item:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account via PayPal.com
  2. Click Activity.
  3. Find and click the original payment for the item.
  4. Click Confirm Receipt.
  5. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

Note: This option will not appear using the PayPal App.

 

If the issue persists, please ask the recipient to get in touch with us directly.
