Made a payment to the right person but on my bank transactions it says PayPal charged me and the seller charged me for the same amount. Called PayPal and they said they only see one transaction. Could this be a bank issue?
When a payment is made using PayPal you will see the transaction ID in the activity log. Do you see two transactions ID's in the PayPal? If no, please contact the bank about this.
