Hi, I have Paypal pro integrated to my website. Recently I had 3 transactions (same customer name) that was able to place an order with no email, shipping or billing address. When I log in my paypal account there is no information either except their name. I do not know how they were able to place these orders (plus bypass shipping charges). My products are not digital either. I am an ecommerce shop that ships items. I don't know how to stop these types of transactions. This is the 1st time this has happened. I don't know if it's a form of fraud or a glitch.
