Hi, my payment went through, but bank re-credited my account 20 minutes later. This was as of 3 days ago and no warning or communication from Paypal. Does Paypal try again to ensure success of transaction or just cancel it without warning? The payment is to a website/mail hosting company that my business depends on. Cannot afford disruptions due to this.
