Transaction to my paypal account from friend's not connected bank accout, missing!

Friend of mine transfered from his bank account to my paypal account. These two accounts are not connected. I sent him the IBAN of my paypal account. He sent me a receipt (in which all my paypal details appear), which states that transaction was succesfull, but 4 days later the money is not transferred. Is something i can do?

Paypal is a bank so does not have an IBAN, read the moderators reply in this link.
