Transaction not reflecting on PayPal but I received a payment email.

Hello, I received a payment to my PayPal account but as soon as I claim it from my PayPal email it disappears and says the transaction no longer exists. I have tried the steps they mentioned on my paypal account like confirmating email etc but nothing is working. Please help, thank you.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues claiming a payment. I might recommend reaching out to the sender of the payment, its possible they may have cancelled it before you were able to claim it.
