Transaction not received!!

I received a mail regarding received transaction. In this mail write, ( just log in to your account, and go to your account overview. Select the More menu, then choose the link that takes you to our Resolution Centre.). But i add my bank account also confirmed it, & updated my account into business account, after doing this still I don't got any transaction, & The Activity section of my PayPal account is also showing empty, Please solve my issue..
