Transaction lost

Hey there. I made a transaction on april 1. and they couldn't give me the product, so they "stopped the transaction". My problem is that I can't find the transaction on my account, I tried to search with the transaction number or date, but nothing..? How? Its removed from my bank account so its very interesting.

Thanks for asking your question here and welcome. 

from the information you have given, I think that an order or authorization was placed. In this we will place a hold on the transaction amount.  If the payment is accepted by the seller the payment will be completed. If the payments is cancelled by the seller, the 'Hold' will be removed and the money will go back to the funding source. It can take up to 30 days for this to be completed. You should received the money back soon.
