Transaction is not reflecting in PAYPAL account after made the transaction.

Transaction is not reflecting in PAYPAL account after made the transaction and my money is not deducted.

 

However, i am getting a message from bank that my card has been used overseas (outside of my country).

I am buying software using Clover bridge payment solutions. They have offered me a link to pay using PAYPAL. When i did that below things happening.

1) After clicking, i have been re-directed to PAYPAL.

2) Login-in to PayPal account.

3) Making the payment using OTP.

4) Redirecting back to product page.

5) Getting a confirmation from product that my purchase is complete.

 

But, as per product support (cleverbridge in this case), they haven't got any amount. From my bank no amount has been deducted. 

I am not sure what to do next.

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

It could be that the order was not processed correctly. If that's the case, the amount would be returned to you within 30 days. If you contact the merchant, they should be able to cancel the order and return the funds immediately.
