Payments into your paypal account from sales are pretty much instant, even if pending or on hold they will show in your paypal account so can you give more details of the transaction?

I redeemed points from grab points and I have not yet received the cash in my Paypal account

If nothing showing on your paypal account then double check the email address you had on both sites and make sure they match.

If all good with your paypal account then contact the site that sent the funds.
