I'm sorry to hear that recipient has not received the funds. If the status of the payment says completed from your end, it means funds was sent successfully to the recipient. In addition, once the payment is made, the cancellation option is not available in your activity. If the recipient did not receive the funds, please ask them to get in touch with us.
