Transaction denied by site but bank shows PAID.

Transaction was Declined by site but bank shows:

And the $10 was deducted from my bank account. Actually I tried twice and $10 was deducted each time. Other transaction shows as:

Transaction does not appear anywhere on PayPal. Not in Wallet, not in Activity.

Hopefully should drop back to your bank account in a few days, ask your bank, paypal can't do anything if they have not received the funds.
