Transaction complete but money is still on hold

I recently sold a phone on swappa. I have since completed the transaction, I have also put a tracking number in. The buyer has received the item, the sale has been completed. PayPal also indicates from the tracking number I put in, that the transaction has been completed. There is still a hold in partial money, mentioning it will take up to 2 weeks from now. Do I really have to wait the 2 weeks?, even after the transaction has been completed, and even PayPal indicates its been completed 2 weeks seems a bit extreme considering everything has already been completed and the buyer has received the item.

Normally funds are released when any tracking you supply shows ''online'' that the delivery has completed to the buyers Paypal registered address and via a Paypal accepted courier + 1 day.

Yep, that's why I'm curious why it hasn't been released yet. Politely and respectfully I have to say this is by far the worst experience and company I've ever dealt with. No way to get ahold of a live person, everything and I mean everything is automated. It's like the robots have taken over the business. Sad sad sad, that I have to wait for my money when the transaction has been completed and worst yet is waiting 2 weeks. This is as bad as the government, of I owed them they would surely be nagging me about them money, but oweing the customer we just take our sweet time 🤦. Not a good experience and I would be hard pressed to recommend or use this service ever in my life again. If it were the only company left and only way to do anything I'd do without. Since I cannot get in contact with a live person I have no other option but to wait. Not what I'd call customer service or any sort of any kind of customer relations at all. Not that PayPal cares at all, I'm just putting it out there. Maybe if PayPal worked as hard on helping customers as they do avoiding customers they might have better reviews. I should have gone with my gut feeling when I read the slew of bad reports PayPal has on multiple forum threads and sites. The lack of communication is really embarrassing and unbecoming of any company. So I for one will do my best to spread my distain of lack of customer service and will not be using PayPal in the future.
