I am adding a VISA debit card into my account for online payment. PayPal at first took a small amount of C$2.45 for validation of which I should get a refund after confirmation. The fact is NOT getting full refund of C$2.45 but also withdraw an additional C$1 from the account on refund. Finally, my VISA debit card incurred a fee of C$3.45 before I can start making payment with the VISA debit card. I feel bad getting cheat on this type of fees even it was a small amount. Beside paying the fees, I was unable to process my purchase for use of the card for payment which I get more frustration on adding the VISA debit card into my wallet.
