Why has PayPal chosen to investigate a payment for an order I need to be processed? Have friends retiring so thought I would order a lovely hamper to be delivered on their last day of (paid) work. Now have a message from Paypal stating that they are going to investigate and the payment is 'Pending'. This order is time sensitive and needs to actioned. Have made subsequent orders on Paypal for different things and no issue. How long is Pending?? Cant even complain or ask Paypal as I continually get a blue spinning wheel when I try to contact them. Have contacted the merchant and she is willing to go ahead with the order even though the payment has not come through to her. Definitely not good enough Paypal!
