Transaction Confirmation problem

I sent moneymade purchase to another account and accepted transaction from that account but i cant confirm from my acc even after it was accepted and what should i do in this situation when i cant see confirmation button

Welcome to the PayPal Community! 

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble confirming information on your account. It sounds like you might be trying to confirm receipt of an item; is that correct? If so, you can find the instructions on our Help Center here: How do I confirm I received an item? The option should show after 48 hours from when you sent the payment. However, it won't show for every transaction because not all transactions are eligible to be confirmed.
