Top up my paypal from my bank account

Hi i am trying to top up my paypal account from my bank account but it is not giving me the option to add money when i click the transfer button.  It only gives me "Withdraw Money" or "Transfer Internationally"

Any hep?

I have pulled up this Help Center Article How do I add money to my PayPal balance from my bank? Before you proceed, I would recommend you to clear cache and cookies and try using different browser or device to see if that works. If the issue still persists, please check the Resolution Center to see if there are any notifications about your account status or unresolved steps that needs to be completed.
