Top up from bank account to PayPal taking ages

Hello I am having a problem since I decided to top up my balance using a bank transfer from my bank account ! It has been a week and I have not seen any change in my balance! How long does it take to complete such transactions here?

I understand your concern adding money to your PayPal account from your bank account.

• The funds should appear in your PayPal balance within 3-5 business days.
• The bank account must be in the same name as your PayPal account.
