Top-up didn't went through and returned to my bank

Hello.

A week ago I made a money transfer to top-up my balance from my linked bank, following Paypal's guidelines.

Four days later the money returned to my bank account.

Can anyone shed a light, why?

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear a recent money transfer didn't go quite as you had expected. I understand that must be a bit concerning. If there's an issue with a transfer from your bank, it normally originates from your banks end. I might recommend reaching out to your bank first to see if they have any insight on the issue. You're also welcome to reach out to our Customer Support for assistance as well.

Thanks for your reply.

I have allready asked both my bank and Paypal's Customer Support.

From the bank they told me, that has nothing to do with them and it's PayPal's issue, so thats how I ended up here.

The Customer Support center hasn't answered yet allthought I 've sent them two messages, Sep 4 and Sep 8 respectively, both included informations such as transactions ID, dates, and amount of money.
