To comply with international regulations, this transaction has been declined Same issue here in Pa,with the casino platform I use MGM/BORGOTA I have had no issues with making deposit to this site untill I cashed out for a tiny bit of monies lol and all the sudden I started getting these messages.now PayPal doesn't see these transactions on there end However the casino customer support representatives can see them when I call them to resolve the issue. There answer is " We're sorry and ty for your patience however we will escalate your inquiry and pass it on to the accounting team" ya ok never heard anything from them.Super frustrating.all I want to do it gamble responsibly and I can't. I swear it's the casinos program that's doing this . And there so worried about people Multi accounting, gnoming, and proxies betting, when there the ones CHEATING,even tighting up the reels if any body can help POCKETS IS ALL EARS for the answer to this question .let's roll the dice.....

I understand your concern about the declined transaction. Every time you initiate a transaction, it goes through a series of filters to determine how much risk involved. It sounds like PayPal was not able to process this transaction due to compliance reasons. Any updates about the transaction declines will be notified via email. I would suggest you to review the email you received regarding this transaction for further details.
