I was to pay this 30…. Someone and it won’t complete the transaction and I have everything filled out and they still ownt let me check out and all I get is this bot…

I see you're facing issues completing a purchase and are receiving error. There are several reasons why a payment could be stopped. Some of the reason are mention in the Article . Make sure you're not using any VPN or there are no limitations on your account. Also, try to make the purchase using a different browser by clearing cache cookies and if you're using PayPal app, try to update the app once. If you still face issues, you can contact PayPal directly so that they can look into your account and help better.
