The transaction is pending and my balance is "temporary on hold"

I recently bought a digital product from this website called g2a.com, when i reached the checkout it said that my available balance was $4,72 and $208,94 was of my financial details, i didnt really mind it at start, but then when i clicked to proceed the payment, it said there was an error, I checked my paypal balance and the $208,94 + $4,72 was drained, and now the transaction is on hold (pending). I dont understand why it should be on hold, because in total i had $230 and i could've easily just bought the product, but now i just have $17,23 left and i dont know how to either get my money back or to finish the payment so i can get the product. Can someone help me out of this situation?
