The money were added to Paypal but not withdrawn from my bank

Dear PayPal Community, 

Hopefully you could help me to resolve my issue.

I saw that the money were taken from my Bank account without any notice (I did not intend any transactions). However, my bank account balance was 0, so I thought that the transaction will just not go any further.

However, the money were added to my Paypal account and were not charged from my bank account. 

What should I do in this case?

Hi @Sadovskiydan, 

I can certainly understand how this caused some confusion. 

If you tried to add money to your PayPal balance via a bank transfer, and the bank does not have sufficient funds to cover the transfer, it would be denied. The money should be removed from your PayPal balance.
