I tried to send $56 USD to USA account. When I pressed send it is sent, but it shows error on my profile and I cannot find the transaction on PayPal. My bank card was charged twice for this. Please can someone help on who to contact. My bank says they cannot do anything. Where is my money! It is not with the receiver!!!
