The money did not arrive in the account

The client sent me money to the business account, but I cannot accept it, how can I ask for this money to be returned to the client?

It would show as unclaimed or decline when the sender sent it as you can't receive payments in your country.
It should return to them at the latest 30 days post sending automatically.
Advice is voluntary.
