I'm getting a message when trying to make a purchase that 'The merchant account is restricted' - any ideas how to fix this?

I am sorry to see you are having issues making a purchase. From the error message you have described, the issue is with the merchant's account, therefore the merchant may need to contact PayPal to have this resolved.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
