The country you're trying to send money to can't receive this payment.

Keep getting this message when trying to send money to someone in the same country. Neither of us have ever even been associated with a different country and I both sent and received money from the same account less than a month ago.

I understand you're unable to send money to someone, and it sounds like you were able to send them money successfully in the past. I can certainly understand any frustration this may have caused. Based on the error message, I suggest that both you and the recipient ensure your accounts are in good standing by reviewing your Customer Identification Portals and Resolution Centers. If you notice any unresolved issues, please upload the requested information and wait to send the payment again until they're resolved. 

If you both find your accounts are in good standing, please check out this Help Center article for a few additional troubleshooting steps. However, if you're still unable to send the payment after going through them, please reach out to Customer Support through one of these options or by selecting 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Your recipient will likely also want to reach out.
