Temporary authorizathion help

Hello, I have two pre-approved transaction on PayPal account and I need help.

 

The message is:

This is a temporary authorization to make sure your payment method will cover the payment. Your payment method will be charged when Surugaya completes your order.

 

I paid using Revolut to use my japanese yen I have on my Revolut card, because I had a lot. But now I have two on hold transactions - paypal took money from Revolut, I do not have this money on my account on Revolut nor PayPal, but the transaction is pre-approved and the merchant tried to took my money using PLN - i do not have that much PLN on my account AND paypal took my japanese yen, so why paypal is trying to took money again?

Can I ask paypal to revert these two transaction so I have my money back? Its a lot, because these two transaction is 80 000 yen... 

 

Now the shop is trying to charge me, but i dont have money, because paypal took it, i dont have it on any account, on revolut its saying that its "pending" and i should contact paypal.

If your unable to login into your PayPal account do reach us via phone and kindly select "Call us as Guest".
