My Money has been Held for the Past 180days now. And PayPal promise to send me mail on how my money will be withdraw out. But till now my money is still held hold in my PayPal account. Please I need to know how to solve this issue. Because anytime I try to send money out the message I got is "IT SEEMS THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH YOUR ACCOUNT"

You may have to wait a few weeks or so to get the email as its not sent dead on the 180 day marker, depends how busy they are and when its your turn in the queue. You could always contact for an update?

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
