Never compare the exchange rates you see on the net with PayPal’s rate. PayPal have their own rate. Even their exchange calculator is an estimate. The rate quoted at the transaction is the rate. If you do not agree with the fees, you have every right to close your account. PayPal makes part of their money off currency conversions.
