Supporting on hold payment

Hello, I'm a new seller. Can y'all help me. I have two payments are on hold. Paypal said it will be release in 1 day after I sent the tracking number. I did it yesterday and my money is still on hold. anyone here can tell me when will my money is being released. Thank you !

Funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered to the buyer + 1 day as per link.
