Subscription Plan unable to charge customers for second billing cycle.

Dear community,

 

I set up a PayPal Subscription Plan with an annual billing cycle around a year ago.

Up until recently subscribers had yet to be charged for their billing cycle but around 5 days ago the first 2 subscribers that signed up tried to be billed but failed. (See screenshot)

 

I have no further information on why this has occurred, however I do know the customers so I reached out and confirmed that they have enough funds and have not been promoted by their bank in any way to authorise or decline the transaction.

 

Any ideas of what might be at fault?
