Stuck at "There was a problem authorizing your purchase" error

I am getting the following error, Not sure why ? to the best of my knowledge I am using the correct Paypal info.
Trying to buy things from Zazzle ( US ) from India. I do receive transaction ID and details on Emails but it is not visible on the Paypal site.
