Stripe requires IBAN from PayPal? How can I get it?

Greetings,

Stripe says that they support PayPal for payouts and require the IBAN and routing number from PayPal to be added to the payouts. I haven't found anything related to that. I will attach a screenshot for everyone to see from Stripe's support agent confirming that I should do that. Please help! Thanks.

Paypal is not a bank and so it does not have an iban.
