Stop money from being sent to bank

I need the money I've received into Paypal to stay in the account instead of going into my bank account.

If you haven't set up a balance account yet then its auto transferred to a bank account.

I searched that and followed the directions but get to "money, bank and cards" but I don't have that tab to click on.
