Still no resolution or help at all going on 9 days.

So going on 9 days now and all I have gotten is lies, excuses and intentionally hung up on. So 9 days ago I went to transfer money from my PayPal account to my verified checking account. All I get Is a message that says "this isn't working right now"... I can't transfer, withdraw, send or even refund. I call and they say there's no restrictions or limitations. Then they say oh yeah there's a security hold, you have to wait 24 hours. So I do. Then when the hold is gone, I do it again with them on the phone and it happens all over again. 9 days now and nobody can figure this out. All my information is verified and everything matches from my bank account. We have reverified multiple times. They can't figure out why the security hold keeps popping. So I have been told every excuse from its all fixed, to its because of my address. It all worked fine before. Here's the kicker, this is a business account. Customers have paid me to do jobs, and there's one specifically I can't buy the materials to do the job be as this account is messed up. This passed Sunday the customer called the sheriff on me. They came to my home and I spoke with them and even called PayPal in front of them and paypal ASSURED me and the officers that the problem will be resolved in 24-48hrs.... well here we are on Wednesday evening and nothing has been done. And I can't get any answers. They issued a warrant for my arrest this afternoon for larceny and organized fraud. Because I can't even refund the payment made to me. Paypal won't even allow me to do that. So......like.... does anyone have any clue what I should do?? I've called everyone possible, I've spent 7 hours on the phone with paypal today with no progress. I'm at a loss. If I don't get this resolved by tomorrow afternoon I'm going to have to go turn myself in, I can't have the police showing up at my house every day. Any help will be appreciated.

C'mon this is ridiculous. There is no way this can be true give me a break.

If you'd like I can share my call history with you, I'd even be willing to post screenshots of my chat history with support. Why would I make this up. I also feel like this is such outlandish behavior it's unbelievable. Every bit of this is true.
