Hi, this is my first time using paypal and I found a problem, can anyone help me please? I want to transfer PayPal balance to my debit card but only instant option appears, I want to use the standard one. If the first option is available shouldn't that other one be available too?( It is more convenient). Then the instant option tells me that the fee is $5, but I read other posts here where everyone said it takes 1% of the total amount, I don't want to make a mistake and commit a mistake.
