Hello I want to deposit $5 into VULTR using paypal, but I get the error message as described even though my card has been verified at paypal and has a balance of $100 which should be enough for a $5 deposit.

Please help me I am really waiting for an answer from the community

Sorry to hear that you're not able to complete the payment using your card through PayPal. Each time you try to initiate a transaction, it goes through series of filters for possible risk. As per the error message, it looks like the security system is not able to process the payment using your card. I recommend you to try again at a later time by clearing cookies, history, cache, etc. from your browser or try using a different browser. If the issue persists, I recommend you to complete the payment using a different payment method.
