Hi All
I am from India. I create my PayPal account 3 days back. I added my State Bank of India account and got it verified by sharing the information of two small deposits in my bank account on the PayPal portal and got it verified 2 days back. I asked my friend in US to send small deposit ($10) for personal use. But when he tried to send me , he got an error "Sorry, this recipient can't accept payment right now". Did anybody else faced same issue in past ?
Let me know in case of any steps i need to take to solve the issue.
