Some online purchase-I get fast auto payment, not the usual payment page

Some online purchases, I get this paypal page, with NO option to say NO.

Faster Payments or Automatic payments.

It's automatic, despite my objects and settings. (Yes I have disapproved or revoked their automatic option)

I don't care for this as it is NOT explained. I like the login, directed to the payment authorization page and select "Confirm"

If some "business" wants this fast auto payment thing, then I should have a choice to say NO.

I shouldn't have their choice shoved upon me without the option.

PAYPAL. Where do I set this choice to NO? Permanently without the business forcing me to "Agree" ONLY?

Check this and make sure that it says "Auto login is turned off for all devices"

https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/security/autoLogin/manage

If there are any devices listed there, then that feature will be enabled for that device.  This means you can have your home computer disabled, but your phone can still be enabled to one click complete.

You will also want to authorize PayPal to store it's cookies as security settings may refer to cookies you have saved.  I would go toggle that setting anyways, then go to your browser and clear your cookies and cache. Log out of PayPal and back in and recheck the auto login setting.  If it is now disabled for all devices, your issue should be resolved.

Thanks Grim, but that setting WAS already switched off. Is there some other thing. As when this happens I find them in some "pre-approved" payment option. I don't exactly remember where it is, as I have to click on everything to find it.

Even Thou this business has done this 3 times, I have had to go and find it 3 times an "unapproved" or remove it, yet it is still able to "return" without my say in the matter.

Check if you had a subscription set up and cancel it?
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''
